Breathe Easy tea temporarily relieves nasal congestion and stuffy nose associated with colds, hay fever, sinusitis and other respiratory allergies. It restores freer breathing through the nose.

- Ma Huang (Ephedra) - 600 mg. (equivalent to 4 mg. of ephedrine)
- Peppermint leaves - 480 mg.
- Licorice Root - 300 mg.
- Fennel Seeds - 200 mg.
- Eucalyptus leaves - 200 mg.
- Marigold flowers - 80 mg.
- Pleurisy root - 80 mg.
- Coltsfoot leaves - 40 mg.
- Ginger root - 20 mg.

- pour one cup of boiling water over 1 tea bag
- allow to steep, covered, for about 5 minutes
- do not exceed recommended dosage or take for more than 7 days, except on the advice of a physician
- consult a physician prior to use if you have heart or thyroid diseases, high blood pressure, diabetes, glaucoma or enlargement of the prostate
- consult a physician if you are taking any prescription drugs
- do not take if you are currently taking or have recently taken Monoamine Oxidase (MAO) inhibitor drugs
