The maitake mushroom (Grifola frondosa) contains immune-enhancing compounds that have significant health benefits, including the potential to prevent and assist in the treatment of cancer.
Maitake contains beta-glucans which increase immune activity and stimulate the production of white blood cells within the bone marrow.
